Data Processing Addendum

A customer that requires a signed data processing addendum can request the current NamasteSuite DPA from privacy@namastesuite.com. This page is product information and is not itself a signed DPA.

Roles

For tenant CRM, messaging, audience, and integration data, the customer generally determines the purpose and means of processing and NamasteSuite processes the data to provide the contracted service. Each connected provider has its own contractual role and terms.

Supporting information

The request can include questions about security measures, international transfers, deletion, audit evidence, or a customer vendor questionnaire. Our subprocessor list and security overview provide the current public summary.
